I just wanted you to know that in my 27 years of professional carpet cleaning, your Hydrosonic Wand is the best wand I've ever used. It leaves carpets drier and much cleaner than any other wand I've used. All our customers have commented on how wonderful their carpeting looks after I've used the hydrosonic wand for their cleaning. Drying time is now just a matter of a few hours, rather than days. All my other wands are collecting dust - the hydrosonic wand is the only one I'm using now! Thanks for introducing us to this futuristic cleaning technology.

"I know I've just had it a little over two weeks but I've been very impressed with it. It look like a standard wand, but with the added features it has mad a world of difference not only in the cleaning and drying of the carpet but also the comfort of the technician. The vent holes at the base of the wand absorbs most of the excess steam which keeps the technician cooler and the humidity down which helps in the drying process. As you told me I would have to change my cleaning process with using the new wand which has taken a while. But it seems to have speeded the cleaning process up. "I recently bought a 1.75” Hydrosonic Wand from JWC and have been extremely happy with the results. The extra agitation from the Hydrosonic action makes a noticeable difference, especially on oil-based soiling, and on residential berber carpets.
In a side by side comparison with my conventional wand (single-jet 1.5” Steamway), one moderately slow pass with the Hydrosonic wand was comparable to 2-3 moderately slow passes with the conventional wand. On moderate to heavy soiling, using multiple passes with both wands, I found the Hydrosonic cleaned faster and yielded a better end result than the conventional wand.
In a side by side comparison with my RX-20, I found that on heavily soiled and spotted carpet the RX-20 yielded a better overall result than the Hydrosonic Wand, but on light to moderate soiling, the results were comparable.
Before the Hydrosonic Wand, I used the RX-20 on nearly every job, but now I only break it out on the dirty ones. On most of my jobs (light to moderate soiling), I get comparable results with the Hydrosonic wand without the extra time and hassle of the RX-20.
In summary, the Hydrosonic Wand is an excellent investment that increases productivity, improves overall results (compared to a conventional wand), and decreases technician fatigue (especially with a glide on). I highly recommend it."
